Terms of Service
Welcome to OH Scoops. By engaging our professional dog waste removal services in Cuyahoga and Medina County, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
OH Scoops provides pet waste removal services based on the plan selected (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or One-Time cleanup). We commit to removing pet waste from your designated yard area and disposing of it according to local sanitation guidelines.
2. Access & Safety
Customers must ensure that our technicians have safe and clear access to the service area on scheduled days. Gates must be unlocked or a code provided. For the safety of our staff and your pets, aggressive dogs must be kept indoors while service is being performed. If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates or loose animals, the service visit may be skipped and remains billable.
3. Scheduling & Weather
We operate year-round in various weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather (heavy snow, lightning, or severe storms), service may be delayed until it is safe to resume. We will notify you of any major schedule changes.
4. Billing & Payments
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. One-time cleanups are due upon completion. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleanup, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-service the area at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
6. Liability
OH Scoops is licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for damage to property that occurs during the normal course of waste removal, including wear on grass or minor gate adjustments, unless caused by gross negligence.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring service at any time with 48 hours' notice. There are no long-term contracts for our standard residential plans.
